Tier 2:

Services available are provided at local council level, including:
Slimming World, Better Health, and the NHS 12 week diet and exercise plan.

Tier 3:

Dietitics and nutrition weight management services for adult and children who are registered with a Northamptonshire GP. Most consultations are 1:1 with the Dietitian but we offer some group sessions too. We see adults who have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 40 or more or a BMI over 35 with comorbidities for example diabetes.
